Complaints
• All products available in our offer are guaranteed. If it happens that after receiving the delivery you will detect any defects in the Product, send back the package by courier service to:

The response time for complaints - 14 days after we receive the return shipment
Returns
• We give you a guaranteed return of ordered products within 14 days. If the delivered product does not suit you for any reason, please send it back with the information what you expect in return (cash, other product). We, for our part, will send you a transfer to the account. The amount will be equal to the price of the product and shipping costs. For this purpose, please contact us at reklamacje@kswshop.com.
Replacement
• We allow for the possibility of product’s replacement in case an ordered size does not fit the customer. The customer can send the product back on its own expense (the expense will amount to the cost of the shipping). We replace the product for an identical, but in a different size. However, there exists the possibility that the other sizes are not available, so please contact the store before sending the product back and arrange a possible replacement.
